Camp Canada Global Photo Contest - Terms & Conditions
- Open to anyone aged 18+
- Must be Camp Canada alumni from summer 2025
- Employees of Camp Canada (and associated brands), close relatives, and anyone connected with judging are excluded
- Free to enter – no purchase necessary
- Submit via the official Fillout form
- Photos must:
- Be owned by the entrant
- Highlight summer at camp in 2025
- Be high quality (no screenshots)
- Be appropriate (no alcohol, inappropriate gestures, etc.)
- Have no watermarks
- Entrants are be asked to consent to marketing use. If accepted, Camp Canada reserves the right to use submitted content in promotional materials, social media, or other marketing channels.
- Opens: Thursday 2nd October 2025
- Closes: Sunday 12th October 2025, midnight (GMT)
- 1st place – £200 Airbnb voucher (or equivalent in other currencies)
- 2nd place – Yeti Rambler cup
- 3rd place – Camp Canada T-shirt
- 9 semi-finalists chosen by an independent judge
- Semi-final voting via comments on Instagram carousel post
- Final 3 decided by total engagement (likes + comments) on their individual Instagram posts
- Winners announced within 14 days of the closing date
- No cash alternative
- Non-transferable, subject to availability
- May be substituted with equivalent value if unavailable
- Winners responsible for any additional costs, taxes, or charges
- Contacted via publicly accessible method within 14 days of contest close
- Must claim prize within 7 days or a replacement winner will be chosen
- Promoter’s decision is final – no correspondence will be entered into
- Camp Canada reserves the right to change or cancel the contest at any time
- Not responsible for entries not received
- Governed by English law; disputes subject to the courts of England
- Winners agree to their name and image being used in publicity
- Personal data used only in line with UK data protection laws
- Winner’s name available 28 days after closing date via info@campcanada.ca
- Promotion not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Alphabet, or other businesses
- By entering, you provide info to Camp Canada Ltd and its brands, not to any third party
- Except as required by law, Camp Canada accepts no liability for costs, damages, or losses related to the contest
- If any term is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect
