Community Success Representative
You’ll be part of an inspiring global company with colleagues across the world. You will be directly impacting 1000+ participants globally as they begin their journey. You'll be part of changing the lives of millions of young people through summer camp.
Responsibilities & Skills:
We’re seeking a driven and well-organised individual to come on board and join our Camp Canada Team in a role to support our participants throughout all stages of their application.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll be the key contact for our participants, making sure they are supported throughout their journey. You’ll be responsible for promoting and explaining our services to our potential participants, offering guidance along the way.
- You will be responsible for making sure all our participants have a high-quality screening process, setting their expectations correctly for the program and ensuring we maintain our high-quality reputation with camps for meeting their international counsellor needs
- This is a customer-facing role, and you will spend most of your time contacting participants through a variety of ways, such as calls, emails and texts in order to answer queries
- Ensuring applicants meet our acceptance criteria, reviewing interview reports, verifying documentation, monitoring and supporting the progress of participants through the application stages in a timely manner
- Working closely with country offices and partners across the globe and you’ll be the direct link with our teams in Toronto
- Provide support on the rollout of our online and in-person job fairs
- Hosting regular webinars for participants throughout the season
- Providing support to other areas of the business if or when required
Slightly different from the norm, here at Camp Canada, we work from a ‘season to season’ perspective. The start of our season is August, and here we fly out of the blocks, geared up and ready to go with a heavy focus on sales. Come January, we are in our peak hiring period, communicating with large numbers of potential participants. To round up the year, we focus on helping participants organise their paperwork, book their flights and prepare them for the summer of their lives.
