Support Staff Jobs at Camp

From housekeeping to food prep, support staff are the backbone of camp life. Keeping things clean, running, and ready for unforgettable moments.

Your Role

Help camp run smoothly behind the scenes in roles like kitchen, housekeeping, or maintenance. You won’t be working directly with kids, but you’ll still be a big part of camp life and the team that keeps it all going.

Your Impact

You’ll be the backbone of camp, keeping things running smoothly so the campers and counsellors can thrive. Whether you’re serving meals, keeping things clean, or helping with maintenance, your behind-the-scenes impact makes the summer possible for everyone.

Why you should work as Support Staff

Camp can’t run without you. As part of the support team, you’ll keep camp moving behind the scenes. You’ll still get stuck into camp life, make international friends, and play a key role in making camp unforgettable for everyone.

I think camp is a really nice experience as you have the opportunity to meet new people and experience new areas in which you can apply your knowledge, and also to learn new things. In my daily life I do not work in kitchens, but here I am learning lots of new activities and enjoying meeting new friends and just everything that's involved in the camp experience.
